AVON - Integrated Campaign
For Avon’s International Women’s Day campaign, I designed and illustrated a visual celebration of the brand’s support for women. Collaborating with a creative director who conceptualized the project, we shared stories of women shaped by Avon’s distinctive business structure.
The campaign sits within the Avon brand whilst distinguishing itself from their year-round initiatives as well as other International Women’s Day content online. It goes beyond merely celebrating women, serving as a genuine testament to Avon’s commitment by seamlessly blending individual stories of empowerment with supporting stats, both conveyed through a unified visual language.

We encouraged Avon reps to celebrate and tag someone on social media who inspires them, using branded social stickers.
I also devised a PRable purpose initiative to propel the IWD campaign from communication to action by offering make-up services and products to women with job interviews. By partnering with a women’s work charity or launching an in-house program utilizing Reps, Avon could provide vital support and spark confidence where it’s needed most.
