Haleon - Internal engagement campaign

We were briefed to tell real stories from people facing healthcare barriers, inspiring action from Haleon employees towards its purpose of delivering better everyday health with humanity.

Through candid interviews, we provided marginalized voices a platform, helping to unravel the complexities of exclusion in healthcare. Our videos merge personal narratives which foster empathy, with data that reveals the scale of impact Haleon employees could have. “What if we” prompts help spark ideas and makes action feel achievable.

This campaign encourages Haleon to translate commitment into action, shaping a healthcare reality where better everyday health with humanity is not just a slogan but a lived experience.

Extracts from the 3 case study films we created. Each film contains data showing the scale of the problem, a humanising personal introduction to our case study, their story of health exclusion, and solutions they’d like to see implemented.

Over 20 written case studies were created to provide further examples of health exclusion through lived experience and expert perspectives. Each case study includes a summary, CTAs, direct quotes, data points relating to the story and a full written case study story.

We created a toolkit to guide employees on how to use the case study assets, including creating workshop ideas, instructions and materials.
